Box Hill Hawks’ kept their finals hopes alive with a 22-point win over Sandringham on Sunday.

Sandringham led by two points at half time but Box Hill’s fought back with a four goal to two third quarter, setting them up for their second consecutive win.

The victory leaves the Hawks one win outside the eight with two games remaining in the season.

Fitzpatrick continued his good form finishing with two goals to his name, while O’Brien also impressed with three majors.

Ryan Schoenmakers also made it through the game unscathed after returning from a groin injury that has kept him sidelined for much of the season.

The Hawks will face second placed Collingwood on Saturday at Box Hill City Oval.
