AFL-listed Jono O’Rourke has been named for his first game since the round four win against Geelong, having overcome a frustrating stint on the sidelines.

His inclusion is sure to warm the hearts of Hawks fans everywhere, whilst fellow additions Conor Glass, Vincent Adduci and Nelson Lane are given another chance to continue their impressive development under Chris Newman’s watch.

Brendan Whitecross will provide some steel in midfield, also, with his experience likely a key to beating the always difficult Port Melbourne.

INS: C Glass, B Whitecross, T Miles, J O’Rourke, V Adduci, N Lane
OUTS: J O’Meara, K Lovell, P Puopolo

Team to be finalised prior to bounce.

VFL Development

There’s a welcome return in the Development squad, with Will Hams in line to play his first match since round seven’s draw at North Port Oval.

Hams’ inclusion is a welcome one on the eve of the finals, with his availability a boon to a side looking to hit September with it’s best troops on the front line.

Team to be finalised prior to bounce.
