Hawthorn’s AFLX fixture has been released, with the club set to face a pair of traditional rivals in the round robin event on Friday February 16th.

The Hawks, who have been placed in Pool B, will kick off their campaign against the Bombers at 7.08pm, before meeting the Saints at 9pm. The winner of the pool will face either Carlton, Melbourne or North Melbourne in a 9.33pm grand final. 

Etihad Stadium will be converted to a rectangular field with dimensions similar to that of a soccer field, with seven players per team on the ground at any stage (and a further three on the bench).

Two field umpires will adjudicate the shorter format, while two boundary umpires and two goal umpires will also be required.
