Hawthorn will head again head to Katherine as part of its annual Community Camp program, continuing the important work with the club has maintained with Aboriginal communities over the past decade.

Cyril Rioli headlines the trio of senior players heading north on February 15th, with the premiership star to be joined by PCM runner-up Ben McEvoy and second-year Hawk Mitchell Lewis.

VFLW players Chantelle Perera and Steph Carroll are also set to complete their first trip with the club.

The players and Hawthorn staff, including CEO Justin Reeves and Director of High Performance Andrew Russell, will visit remote communities in the region and assist with training clinics run by Hawthorn’s Next Generation Academy.

The camp will also include a visit to Hawthorn’s U18 affiliate club, the Big River Hawks.

The remainder of the playing group will complete their Community Camp activities in Tasmania from March 8th, with their visit set to coincide with Hawthorn's final JLT hit out against Carlton at UTAS Stadium.

All of Hawthorn's Indigenous Programs are made possible by the wonderful support of the Epic Good Foundation.
