ON TUESDAY, Hawthorn coach Alastair Clarkson was in the hot seat as part of AFL Media's #AskTheCoach social media series.

Clarkson, who is entering his 12th season as Hawthorn coach, will be aiming for a record-equalling fourth straight flag in 2016.
