Hawthorn’s forward stocks are set to be bolstered by the return of Mitch Lewis for this Friday night’s clash against the Western Bulldogs.
Lewis, who has booted 27 goals this season, missed the trip to Perth before the bye with a swollen knee.
In another positive for the Hawks, first-year midfielder Josh Ward will be available for selection after he was cleared from concussion protocols.
The 18-year-old has been cautiously managed through his concussion suffered in Round 8 against Essendon.
Meantime, Max Lynch has also made another step forward in his recovery from a concussion – hear the full update from physiotherapist Ben Jansen in this week’s AIA Vitality Injury report.
