Hawthorn star midfielder Jasmine Fleming has been selected in the AFL Players' Association's 22under22 squad for a second straight season.

22Under22 is a fan-voted concept that recognises the best 22 players aged 22 and under for the entirety of the season (including Grand Final day).

Fleming's inclusion in the squad comes off the back of playing every game for the Hawks in 2023 and averaging 16 disposals, 6.7 contested possessions and 4.1 tackles.

The 19-year-old also received her second AFLW Rising Star nomination in as many seasons, tallying 18 disposals and laying four tackles against Fremantle in Round 3.

For a player to be eligible in the squad of 44, they were required to play 50 per cent of season games, equating to five matches.

Voting is open for seven days HERE from November 9 to November 15.

The final team will be announced on November 22.
