What will a Big Day Out at the footy look like?
We’ll have an exclusive area for our northern suburbs and east coast Tasmanian friends. This will be for children, young people, and their parent/guardian/carer to watch a fantastic Tassie derby on the best AFL playing surface in the country!
How do I get tickets?
Registrations are via the link above. For those that are successful you will receive confirmation at least 10 days out from the event. Tickets are limited so it’s first in best dressed. Please bear with us while we work through this process.
What if I have no transport to get to the game?
Our great friends at Kinetic – owners of Redline Coaches and Mersey Link – will provide return coach transfers for limited number of seats on one of their luxury coaches on the day. You will be asked to indicate your interest in coach transfer as part of the registration form. As the coaches can hold a finite number of people, once registration for seats on the coaches is full, match ticket holders will have to make their own way to Launceston.
Coach Departure points and times as follows:
East Coast Ticket Holders
-St Helens: Marina Parade carpark, departure 9:30am
-St Mary's: Corner Story and Main Streets, 10:30am
Northern Suburbs Ticket Holders
-Georgetown: 59 Main Road, departure 11am
Is there a cost to me?
Nope! Tickets and the limited number of seats on the coach transfer (for those who want it) will be provided at no charge. Food and beverage costs on the day, however, will be up to you. For those who want to drive themselves, we’ll be delighted to offer you the tickets alone.
