Season summary:

Jarman Impey was performing at an impressive level at the start of 2021, averaging 22.2 disposals and 5.4 marks per game during the first 14 rounds of the season.

Impey thrived playing off half-back, with the popular clubman regaining his best form following a delayed 2020 coming off an ACL injury sustained in late 2019.

But the 26-year-old was dealt with another blow after suffering an ankle injury at training mid-year, ruling him out for the remainder of the 2021 season.

Impey’s one of the Hawks’ quickest, most impactful players at his best and will hope to play a full season in 2022.

Best AFL game:

Impey was efficient and damaging with 32 disposals against West Coast, the most touches he has ever amassed in a game across his eight-season career.
