Hawthorn stars Jasmine Fleming, Kaitlyn Ashmore and Aileen Gilroy have all earned coaches’ votes for their Round 4 performances.

Despite the 30-point loss to the Western Bulldogs, Fleming showed why she was taken by the Hawks with their first pick in the draft, gathering 25 disposals to go with six clearances.

After kicking her first goal in Hawthorn colours on Saturday, Ashmore went on to register 16 disposals and lay seven tackles in tricky conditions at Box Hill.

Gilroy continued to be a game changer for the Hawks with her big, clearing kicks. She finished the game with 19 disposals, backing up last week’s performance in which she gathered 17 disposals.
