Isabelle Porter and Dominique Carbone will depart Hawthorn after being informed that they would not be offered a contract for the 2023 AFLW season.

Porter, 25, made eight appearances for the Hawks in 2022.

Coming off an injury-interrupted pre-season, the midfielder made her debut in Round 3 and averaged five disposals across the season.

Carbone featured in six matches at AFLW level after being recruited from Hawthorn’s VFLW program.

The 21-year-old made her debut in Round 1 and went on to average six possessions in her 2022 campaign.

AFLW List Manager Mitchell Cashion thanked the duo for their service.

“Isabelle and Dominique were all valued members of our AFLW team,” Cashion said.

“We thank each player for their contributions to the club and wish them all the best for their future endeavours.

“Isabelle and Dominique will forever be inaugural Hawthorn AFLW players.”

Including the retirements of Jess Duffin and Kate McCarthy, Hawthorn has now had four departures from its 2022 AFLW list.
