Reigning Peter Crimmins Medallist Will Day is among three names added to Hawthorn's squad ahead of its ANZAC Appeal Round game against Sydney on Sunday.

Forward Mitch Lewis could also be in line to return from injury, while Max Ramsden is also in the mix.

The Hawks will be looking to keep the momentum going following their first win of the season last weekend.

Meanwhile, the Swans will be eager to cement their second-place spot on the ladder, after wining four of their last five games. Their only loss coming against Richmond at the MCG earlier this year.

Hawthorn will reveal its Round 7 team on Friday at 5pm on www.hawthornfc.com.au and across its InstagramX and Facebook.
