Star Hawks midfielder Eliza West claimed her first club best and fairest in her debut season with the Hawks.
The 27-year-old finished on 68 votes, eight votes ahead of runner-up Emily Bates (60) and ten ahead of third-placed Jasmine Fleming (58).
Rounding out the top five was All-Australian defender Tilly Lucas-Rodd on 51 votes and fellow defensive star Jenna Richardson with 49 votes.
