Hawthorn celebrated 100 years since entering the VFL/AFL with a memorable Centenary Match last Sunday at the MCG. 

Almost exactly 100 years since the Hawks first faced Richmond at Glenferrie Oval, the brown and gold avenged their 39-point loss in 1925 to win by 65 points in 2025. 

Before the first bounce, Hawthorn Greats, current players and of course, the club's 13 premiership cups were celebrated in an iconic pre-game ceremony.
