Hawthorn great Gary Ayres joined Hawks Insiders ahead of the club's 24-hour fundraising day for the Kennedy Community Centre.
Hawthorn is rallying the brown and gold faithful for a special 24-hour fundraiser, as it prepares to make the move to our new home, KCC, later this year.
Ayres, a dual Norm Smith Medallist and former Hawthorn Captain, now works in the club’s administration department, as Capital Campaign Executive, helping promote fundraising efforts for the new facility.
In a candid discussion, Ash Browne and Mick Cowan of Hawks Insiders chatted with Ayres about how the Kennedy Community Centre is tracking, the 24-hour fundraising campaign and how Hawks fans can contribute, the 100 Year celebrations, memories of his playing time and how the current Hawks are tracking in 2025.
