The Box Hill Hawks are well represented in the 2025 rebel VFLW Team of the Year squad, with four Hawks named in the 30-player squad.
Gabby Collingwood, Paige Price, Stasia Stevenson and Matilda Van Berkel have been recognised for their strong seasons in 2025 with selection in the squad.
Lively forward Gabby Collingwood has earned her spot after a stellar year with Box Hill, in her third season in the brown and gold.
Collingwood played all 17 games in 2025, including three finals. She slotted 11 goals for the year, booting multiple goals on two occasions against Casey and Sandringham and averaged 12 disposals a game.
First year Hawk Paige Price was dominant in the ruck for Box Hill across all 17 games of the season.
She averaged 33 hitouts a game, with a career-best 36 against Collingwood in Round 5, along with averaging 12 disposals per game and booting six goals throughout the year.
Stasia Stevenson impressed in her first year at VFLW level, also playing every game for the Hawks as a strong force in the midfield.
She averaged 15 disposals a game and hit the scoreboard in 10 games, managing six goals for 2025. Her best game came in Round 14 against Carlton, with 20 disposals and 10 tackles.
Matilda Van Berkel has continued to improve after three seasons with the Box Hill Hawks, with the defender suiting up for all possible games in 2025.
Of her 17 games, Van Berkel averaged 15 disposals and even booted two goals. Her standout game came in Round 8 against Darebin, finishing with 19 disposals, 10 marks and 10 tackles.
The final rebel VFLW Team of the Year will be announced on Monday, 15 September at the VFL / VFL Awards Night.
