Hawthorn midfielder Jai Newcombe’s performance in the Semi Final clash with the Crows saw him secure a perfect 10 votes from the coaches.

Five other Hawks were recognised for their efforts, in Jack Gunston, Josh Ward, Lloyd Meek, Josh Battle and Nick Watson.

Newcombe collected 28 disposals for the night, of those, a game-high 16 contested possessions.

He finished with a game-high eight clearances, an equal game-high 10 score involvements and six inside 50s. The 24-year-old capped off his night by kicking the sealer as the Hawks' last goal of the match.

Jack Gunston was next highest to poll with eight votes for his five-goal night out at Adelaide Oval, paired with his equal game-high 10 score involvements, 16 disposals and seven marks.

Josh Ward delivered on the big stage of a Semi Final in arguablythe best game of his career, polling four votes on the night. 

Ward finished with a team-high 31 disposals, 14 of those contested, five clearances and four tackles.

Lloyd Meek polled three votes for his dominant night in the ruck. He finished with 39 hitouts, 15 disposals, 12 of those contested, as well as three marks.

Josh Battle and Nick Watson each secured one vote. Battle finished with 17 disposals, a team-high 11 intercept possessions and four marks, while Watson booted two goals from 13 disposals and took six marks.
