The 24-year-old polled 18 votes across Hawthorn's finals series and now waits to see if anyone can catch him on Saturday. 

Brisbane duo Will Ashcroft and Hugh McCluggage are currently tied in second place on 13 votes. 

Hawks fall short in Preliminary Final

From Friday night's Preliminary Final loss to Geelong, Dylan Moore polled one vote. 

The Hawks Vice-Captain kicked a goal to go with his 26 disposals, seven score involvements and six tackles.
