Hawthorn has made two changes for its battle against the Bombers this Friday night at the MCG.

After clearing concussion protocols, Cam Mackenzie returns to Sam Mitchell's side for his first game of the season.

The 22-year-old will be joined in the team by ruckman Ned Reeves, who will suit up for his first AFL game since Round 10 last year.

Harry Morrison and Finn Maginness have both been omitted for Friday night's game.

In other news, Blake Hardwick has been named for his 200th AFL match and his 103rd consecutive game in the brown and gold.

Jack Ginnivan will also play his 50th match for Hawthorn.
