Hawthorn will take on the ladder-leading Bulldogs under Saturday night lights at Adelaide Oval as part of Gather Round this weekend.
The Hawks have recorded three wins and one loss for the season to date, while the Western Bulldogs remain undefeated thus far.
Hawthorn has prevailed in its past four games against the Bulldogs, but is yet to register a victory in its three previous Gather Round games.
Hawthorn will don a special Gather Round guernsey design in Round 5, the member-designed piece features the flat-head Hawk logo on a predominantly brown guernsey.

When Hawthorn needed someone to step up inside 50, Mabior Chol produced one of his best games yet to help reignite the Hawks’ season, slotting four crucial goals to lead the Hawks home from start to finish.
Jai Newcombe set the tone at the coal face, finishing with a game-high 10 clearances, along with 27 disposals, 10 tackles, 10 score involvements and six tackles, while Josh Ward was busy again with 28 touches and seven inside 50s.
Sam Butler returned for his first AFL appearance in 418 days after suffering a horrific broken leg in the VFL in April of 2024. He finished with 14 disposals in a positive return to AFL level football.
