The Box Hill Hawks are back at the Kennedy Community Centre this Friday night, hosting Collingwood in a blockbuster Round 6 VFL clash.
The Hawks have won their last two matches to sit sixth on the league ladder at three wins and two losses for the season to date, while Collingwood is two and two and sitting 11th heading into Round 6.
In a special occasion, the match marks the 500th game of the Box Hill Hawks era, after the alignment between the Hawthorn and Box Hill Football Clubs began in 2000.
Friday night’s match also marks the first game under lights at KCC, following the AFL clash between the two sides on Thursday night at the MCG, allowing for back-to-back prime-time matches for fans of the brown and gold.
