Rebecca Beeson has been named this week’s MVP following a stellar performance in the Hawks’ Round 4 win against Williamstown on the weekend.

The midfielder racked up 20 disposals and booted two important goals to help get her side over the line by nine points.

Rebecca proved the difference in the game with her 20 disposals, five tackles, three clearances and two goals,” explained Hawthorn’s VFLW coach Paddy Hill.

“It’s great to have her back in the midfield playing good footy.”

It was Beeson’s second game for the Hawks this year following a short break from footy after the 2019 AFLW season.

The 22-year-old has been named in the best players on both occasions proving she’s on track to continue the good form that saw her win the GWS Giant’s AFLW best and fairest medal earlier this year.
