Hawthorn has unveiled the guernsey numbers for the five fresh faces in brown and gold ahead of the 2026 season.
The number 7 will remain in the possession of an Irish Hawk, with new player Niamh Martin set to inherit it this season.
Hawthorn’s newest recruit, Mikaylah Antony steps into the number 16 after joining the Hawks a few short weeks ago via the 2026 Pre-Season Draft.
Irish draftee Hannah Looney will take on the number 18 for her first season of AFLW football.
Father-daughter draftee Maya Dear will follow in brother Calsher’s footsteps, donning the number 35 as her first guernsey in brown and gold.
In another sentimental-nod Jacqueline Dupuy will wear number 38, the number her grandfather, Geoff, wore when he played for the Hawks back in 1957.
Dear and Dupuy become the first players to wear their respective numbers in Hawthorn AFLW history.
