Emily Everist has begun the early stages of her rehabilitation journey after successful surgery to repair a ruptured ACL suffered in training last month.
The 22-year-old suffered the injury after landing awkwardly in a marking contest during pre-season training in June.
Despite being ruled out for the 2026 season, Everist is making progress in her recovery and will take on a match-day role as part of her broader development and ongoing contribution to the team.
Second-year Hawk Elli Symonds is on track to be fit following the first few rounds of the season as she continues to recover from off-season foot surgery.
The 19-year-old has resumed running in the past month and will have her training steadily ramped up over the coming weeks as she targets a return following the early rounds.
Meanwhile, Matilda Van Berkel is expected to be sidelined for at least the first half of the season after suffering a foot injury.
The club is still working through her recovery timeline and will share further updates in due course.
