Hawthorn defender Karl Amon is in line to make his return to the field within the next month after having minor surgery on his knee last week.
The 30-year-old missed Sunday's 70-point win over Richmond but is tracking positively in his recovery.
Elsewhere, Flynn Perez has been added to the injury list after missing Box Hill's victory over the Tigers with an abdominal injury.
Ruckman Ned Reeves is inching closer to a return, while Henry Hustwaite, Jack Scrimshaw and Jack Dalton are progressing as expected in their rehabilitation.
The club is continuing to take a conservative approach with Conor Nash's neck injury.

Flynn Perez - Abdominal (Test)
"He's just been managing an abdominal issue, and we just decided last week that we would take the week just to let it settle. He was able to do some conditioning over the weekend and do some more conditioning today, and we'll resume training with the main group on Thursday and should be available for the weekend."
Ned Reeves - Knee (1-2 weeks)
"It (Ned's knee) had been progressing well, and then we just hit a little bit of a block on the weekend where we pushed some training, and he pulled up well, but we just aren't able to progress any further at this stage into resuming with the group. So we'll just continue doing the conditioning we're doing and the modified skills training we're doing, but I would expect in the next week that he hopefully can progress into team training. But we've just got to do the right thing, make sure that our progressions are smart, and also his clinical testing needs to be 100% as well, and he's getting closer, but just not quite there yet."
Karl Amon - Knee (2-3 weeks)
"He's progressing well. We were able to start running today on the AlterG treadmill, which is an anti-gravity treadmill, and then Thursday we'll resume some running outside on the grass. Certainly next week against North Melbourne is probably less likely, but there's some chance of the Brisbane game the week after that we'll have him ready for that game, but we'll see how the progressions go over the next seven to 10 days, and then we'll update accordingly."
Henry Hustwaite - Face (3 weeks)
"He's able to do a lot of non-contact training, conditioning and football work without getting any contact. He had some teeth knocked out, and those need to re-settle, and a little fracture as well to go with it. So, it's missing the next two games, then there's a VFL bye. It's around that VFL bye time that he'll probably be ready to go, so at least missing the next two games at this stage. But we're doing everything we can to keep him well-conditioned."
Jack Scrimshaw - Knee (3-4 weeks)
"He's progressing his conditioning. He's had three sessions now running outside and has improved each time. There's still a little bit of a process to go. We need to build a foundation and keep improving his strength in the gym before we progress to off-line work, agility and football training. So, we're a number of weeks away still, but we are progressing."
Jack Dalton - Knee (4-5 weeks)
"He's out of the brace with his MCL. He's just such a professional. He's doing everything he can, whether it's recovery or whether it's just doing stationary work or even seated with the football in his hand. But all his rehab stuff is going well, and he's come out of the brace and feeling quite good, but we're still a number of weeks away. We are looking to get on the AlterG treadmill later in the week and get him straight-line running on that before we look to progress outside in the coming weeks."
Conor Nash - Neck (TBC)
"Connor's made some progression with his clinical markers, which are strength markers, that we need ticked off in that setting. And then there's the gym strength stuff, the upper body strength. Some of it is starting to improve, which is really, really good. So he's made good progress in the last week to 10 days. There's still a way to go and still some hurdles that we need to jump over first. There'll be a repeat scan at some stage, but he needs to keep improving that strength, and particularly the clinical strength testing that we do before we can progress to full contact. We're anticipating some modified low-level technique-type stuff will come into his program soon, but it's a delicate injury, and it's an important one that we need to get right. So we're certainly not rushing, but we are certainly making progress, which is great news."
