Jai Newcombe has taken out the fan-voted Superhero of the Week for his comprehensive Round 21 performance.

The co-captain was dominant in the midfield during the 16-point win over the Kangaroos, finishing with a game-high 34 disposals and 12 clearances, including six centre clearances.

The 25-year-old was busy all afternoon, tallying 11 score involvements and nine inside 50s, as well as six marks and three tackles.

Newcombe and the Hawks are bound for the Gabba to take on the Brisbane Lions in Round 22 this Friday night.
