Hawthorn has named an unchanged line-up for Saturday's Preliminary Final against Brisbane at the MCG. 

Forward Dylan Moore will line up for his 150th AFL match, while Sam Mitchell will bring up his 450th match as a player/coach, leading the side for the 121st time as senior coach, on top of his 329 games as a player. 

Meanwhile, Jack Gunston is on the cusp of another mini milestone, with just one goal required from the veteran star to notch up his 50th major in finals.

Hawks fans are encouraged to get to the ground early for the much-loved Hawk Walk, which begins at 4.15pm at Gate 8, John Cain Arena.
