Hawthorn forward Dylan Moore reaches his 150th AFL match when the Hawks face Brisbane at the MCG in Saturday's Preliminary Final showdown.

The 27-year-old becomes the 74th player in Hawthorn history to reach 150 games and only the seventh to achieve the milestone during a final, joining Leigh Matthews, Michael Moncrieff, Ian Paton, Terry Wallace, Gary Buckenara, and Grant Birchall.

Drafted with pick 67 in the 2017 AFL National Draft, Moore spent his first three seasons on the fringe of the squad, managing 10 senior appearances between 2018 and 2020.

At the conclusion of the 2020 season, Hawthorn delisted Moore before re-drafting him to the rookie list.

He secured his position on the senior list in 2021, playing 20 games that season, and has played at least 20 matches in every full season since.

Entering his milestone match, Moore’s career record stands at 149 games played, 156 goals kicked, and 2,769 total disposals at an average of 18.6 disposals per game.

His performance led to an All-Australian selection as a forward in 2024, alongside multiple podium finishes in the Peter Crimmins Medal.

In the 2026 season, he averages 18.4 disposals and one goal per match, while ranking among the top-tier forwards across the league for score involvements, goal assists, and defensive pressure acts.
