Young forward Oliver Hanrahan is set to make his senior debut against West Coast on Saturday.

Taken with Pick 14 in the 2017 rookie draft, Hanrahan has developed strongly in his second season at the club, building a reputation as a speedy forward who has strong goal sense.

The club’s second debutant of the season, Hanrahan’s best attributes are his speed, evasiveness and decision making.

The 20-year-old is one of three inclusions into the Hawks’ Round 15 side, with Conor Nash and Daniel Howe making their first AFL appearances since Round 5 and 7 respectively.

Nash has managed five games to this point in the season, while Howe has four to his name after an interrupted pre-season preparation.

Jarryd Roughead, Harry Morrison and Kaiden Brand are the three players who will make way for the incoming trio.

Roughead pulled up with sore ribs following last week’s loss to Sydney, while Morrison and Brand have been omitted.
