Jacob Koschitzke

Draft pick 52 from Murray Bushrangers

VFL Games: 4

Jacob Koschitzke was taken with the Hawks first pick in last year’s draft.

The 196cm key position player has played four games at Box Hill so far, mainly in defence.

During those games he has often been the Hawks’ key defender and faced some big challenges, particularly in Round 6 against Footscray when he matched up on AFL players Tom Boyd and Josh Schache.

In that match Koschitzke kept the two tall forwards to just three goals combined.
