Physical Performance Manager Luke Boyd has given us an update on our three key players currently in the rehabilitation group: Tom Mitchell (leg), Mitch Lewis (shoulder) and Jarman Impey (knee).

Here's what he had to say about the trio.

Tom Mitchell

"Tom is going well, he has been in the ball program for a couple of weeks now albeit non-contact drills at the moment. So, what we'll look to do is integrate him back into training even more over the camp. He will be in the majority of the skill-based work that is non-contact and then he will begin to join in the contact work in January." - LB

Mitch Lewis

"Mitch is going well and in a similar boat to Tommy. So, off the back of his shoulder surgery, you need to wait a certain period of time before he can be back into full training. So, he is currently in the drills that are more open and non-contact, and then he will integrate back into that contact work in early January as well." - LB

Jarman Impey

"Jars is just over five months post-operation now and he is going really well. He is running on an Alter-G at the moment. The thing with Jars is we have plenty of time and we don't really want to rush these things, especially early days. So, for us, to have him running now is a really good step for him and he is tracking along nicely." - LB
