Taken with Pick 34 in the 2025 national draft, Jack Dalton is a prolific ball-winner who produced the fastest 2km time trial of the Draft Combine, with an elite 5:53. Despite breaking both wrists simultaneously in the pre-season, Dalton had an immediate impact upon return, averaging 27.9 disposals across nine games in the Coates Talent League to earn selection in the Team of the Year. From those nine appearances, Dalton remarkably won the Sandringham Dragons’ best and fairest award, as well as being one of their best in the Grand Final loss to the Eastern Ranges.
