Morwell Emergency Services themed practice Match, presented by BankVic

Join the Hawks as they take on the Saints in a practice match at Morwell Recreational Reserve on Friday 28 February.  

Get ready for a fun-filled Friday night of football as we help raise funds for the Gippsland Emergency Services Relief Fund. The event will be an opportunity to thank the local emergency services workers, while also supporting the local Gippsland area.

What’s happening  

2pm: Next Generation Academy Practice match 

4.30pm: Hawthorn v St Kilda practice match

3.30pm - 8.00pm: BankVic Emergency Services Fan Zone including:

- Emergency Services vehicles  

- Food trucks run by local traders

- Visit from Hawka and Hawkette 

- Kids' activities 

- HawksNest  

- Giveaways  

7.50pm: AFL State of Origin match

Big screens will be located on the live site to watch the AFL State of Origin Match. Feel free to bring along picnic rugs or small chairs and settle in for a good night.
