Hawthorn has named a 25-player squad for its first official AFLW pre-season match against Richmond.
The game will be played at the MCG at 10.30am on Sunday and form a blockbuster double-header with Hawthorn’s AFL team who will also take on the Tigers at 1.10pm.
Tilly Lucas-Rodd will have the opportunity to lead out the Hawks for the first time as captain while Tamara Luke will be hoping to emulate her form of last week when she kicked four goals against West Coast.

Gates will open at 10.15am and members can enter the ground via Gates 1, 2, 3 and 6.
Members of the general public, AFL Reserve and MCC Reserve can also attend the game by purchasing a ticket for the men’s clash here.
