Last time we met

Sydney (31) defeated by Hawthorn (35)

This match will forever be etched in the memories of Hawthorn fans, as it marked the team's first-ever AFLW win.

Staring down the barrel of defeat at quarter-time after the Swans kicked the first four goals of the game, the Hawks held the away team scoreless for the remainder of the match to record an epic comeback win.

The highlight of the game was undoubtedly Tahlia Fellows' one-handed pick-up leading to an electrifying Aileen Gilroy goal.

Fellows caused havoc for Sydney throughout the whole game, kicking three goals from her nine disposals.

The match also saw Hawthorn midfielder Jasmine Fleming receive her first Rising Star nomination off the back of 16 disposals, 10 tackles and four clearances.
