Hawthorn has been engaging with the Darwin community while training hard as the team prepares to take on Gold Coast at TIO Stadium on Thursday night.
The Hawks arrived in the Top End earlier this week and have been busy spending time with special Darwin locals, including taking part in an art session with Uncle Richard Fejo, participating in a Saltwater Welcome Ceremony with James Parfitt (Fejo) - Larrakia Traditional Owner, trying some traditional First Nations foods thanks to Dale Austin and visiting local schools.
Hawks defender and proud Noonuccal man Karl Amon was also on hand to launch Sir Doug Nicholls Round at Darwin's Laundry Gallery alongside Gold Coast's Joel Jeffrey and 2025 Sir Doug Nicholls Round honouree Stephen Michael.
Rounding out the Tuesday activities, the brown and gold trained at TIO Stadium in preparation for Thursday night's blockbuster third versus fourth clash, which will open Sir Doug Nicholls Round.
