Hawthorn Vice-Captain Eliza West has earned her second Nature Valley MVP nod for the season, after a strong performance in Round 4.

The 28-year-old put on a dominant display at Cazalys Stadium, with a game-high 28 disposals, including 20 contested possessions, also a game high.

West hit the scoreboard with one goal of her own, as well as four score involvements.

She also finished with a game-high eight clearances and laid six tackles.

West and the Hawks return to Kinetic Frankston this Sunday afternoon to host the Adelaide Crows.
