Hawthorn has recalled key forward Mitch Lewis for its do-or-die Semi Final clash against the Adelaide Crows this Friday night.

Lewis returns to the senior side after booting four goals for Box Hill in its VFL Semi Final win last weekend.

It will be the 26-year-old's first career final after coming back from an ACL injury sustained last year.

Calsher Dear will miss the clash with a hamstring injury, but has not been ruled out for the season.

Notably, reliable defender Blake Hardwick will notch up his 100th consecutive game on Friday night.
