Hawthorn has made three changes for its Round 8 clash against Fremantle on Thursday night.

As announced on Tuesday, Daisy Flockart will officially appear in the brown and gold for the first time, named to make her AFLW debut.

Defender Emily Everist returns from a week on the sidelines due to concussion, while first year-Hawk Elli Symonds has been recalled into the senior side.

Making way for the trio is skipper Emily Bates, who suffered a SC joint injury last week, as well as Mackenzie Eardley (managed) and Sophie Butterworth (omitted).
