Hawthorn has executed a pick swap as part of a three-club deal with the Sydney Swans and the Brisbane Lions on the final day of the 2025 AFLW Trade Period.
The deal sees Hawthorn gain a future first-round selection (2026) tied to the Sydney Swans, as well as three future third-round selections (2026), tied to Brisbane, Port Adelaide and the Sydney Swans.
In exchange, the Hawks parted ways with a pair of first-round selections (Pick 15 and Pick 33) in this year's draft.
Hawthorn General Manager of AFLW Keegan Brooksby said the pick exchange strengthens the club’s standing moving forward.
“This trade of picks gives us flexibility for the remainder of the 2025 trade period, and sets us up well ahead of the 2026 draft."
