Hawthorn has finalised its AFLW coaching panel for the 2026 season, adding a familiar face to the line-up.
Daniel Webster enters his third season as Senior Coach, having led the Hawks to back-to-back finals series in 2024 and 2025.
He’s joined by returning assistant coaches Steph Binder (backline), and Cam Howat (midfield), while the new addition to the panel in 2026 is Ben Cavarra, who will take charge of the forward line.
Cavarra returns to the brown and gold fold after serving as an assistant AFLW coach in 2023, and previously representing the Box Hill Hawks for four seasons as a much-loved player.
The sole exit from the coaching panel is Keegan Brooksby following his elevation to General Manager of AFLW.
Meanwhile, Cam McKinlay has been promoted to Assistant Midfield Coach following two years with the Hawks as a Development Coach.
