Star trio Josh Battle, Nick Watson and Josh Weddle have been named to make their return for this Sunday's Round 19 match against Richmond at the MCG. 

Battle (appendicitis) and Watson (hamstring tightness) have overcome injury, while Weddle has served his three-game suspension and is free to return to Sam Mitchell's line-up. 

As mentioned in Thursday's squad announcement, defender Karl Amon and midfielder Will Day will make their way out of the team due to injury, while young forward Matt Hill has been omitted.
