Young Hawk Jack Dalton has been named to replace Jack Ginnivan for Sunday's clash with the West Coast Eagles at Optus Stadium. 

As announced on Thursday, Ginnivan will miss the Round 24 match due to back soreness, with Dalton returning to the side after recovering from a knee injury. 

Sunday's match will mark the 19-year-old's fifth game of the year and first since Round 17. 

The Hawks will celebrate three milestones during the match, with Jack Gunston lining up for game 300, while Mitch Lewis and Lloyd Meek will suit up for their 100th matches.
