Hawthorn has made one exciting change for Sunday's clash with Collingwood at Victoria Park.

Powerful midfielder Jasmine Fleming returns to the team after being a late out against Port Adelaide in Round 2.

Keely Coyne has been omitted from Daniel Webster's Round 3 side.

Sunday's match marks the Hawks' first opportunity to celebrate AFLW Indigenous Round this year.

The team will proudly wear Cairns First Nations creative Nicole Enoch-Chatfield's design this weekend.

Enoch-Chatfield is of the Yirrganydji Gurabana and Nughi People, and her guernsey design centres on a Guyala, the name used for the white-bellied sea hawk by several First Nations peoples of Cairns and the surrounding region, including Yirrganydji, Kunggandji, Yidinji and Djabugay Peoples.

Created for the Hawthorn AFLW team, the artwork centres on Guyala, bringing together the club's iconic Hawk emblem with the deep cultural significance of the sea hawk across First Nations storytelling.
