Jas Fleming will suit up for her 50th AFLW game in the brown and gold this Thursday night.

An inaugural Hawk, Fleming joined the club via Pick 2 in the NAB AFLW Draft ahead of the 2022 season.

Making her debut in Round 1, she immediately announced herself on the league stage, averaging 14.1 disposals across nine games in her first season.

Her stellar maiden campaign saw her claim Hawthorn’s Rising Star Award and finish third in the club’s inaugural Best and Fairest. In 2023, the talented midfielder backed up her strong debut with another imposing year through the middle, averaging 16 disposals and 4.1 tackles per game.

Showing leadership well beyond her years, Fleming was voted into the Hawks' leadership group in just her second season—a position she still holds—and secured a second consecutive podium finish in the Best and Fairest.

Fleming further elevated her game in 2024 and was a driving force in Hawthorn’s historic first-ever finals series.

Averaging a career-high 18.6 disposals and 4.5 tackles per match, she proved to be a big-game player when it mattered most, taking out the Best in Finals Award.

That stellar form saw her finish on the podium again in the 2024 Best and Fairest—her third in a row.

Her 2025 campaign highlighted her resilience and determination. Despite being sidelined early in the season by a knee injury, she returned to play 11 games, averaging 16.6 disposals and 5.2 tackles per game.

As a lifelong Hawthorn supporter, Thursday night will be incredibly special for Fleming as she notches up her milestone 50th game in the famous brown and gold.
