Hawthorn has confirmed the return of experienced trio Jarryd Roughead, Ben McEvoy and Jack Gunston ahead of its clash with Gold Coast on Sunday.

The match will give fans the opportunity to farewell Roughead, who was recalled to the senior side after announcing his AFL retirement on Monday.

Meanwhile McEvoy (abductor) and Gunston (hamstring soreness) return to the line up after missing last week’s win over GWS.

The Hawks must win on Sunday to be any chance of keeping their feint finals hopes alive.

Young key forward Mitch Lewis will miss the Suns match-up with shoulder soreness, while Daniel Howe (managed) and James Cousins (omitted) have also been left out of the team.

At the second-minute mark of the second quarter on Sunday, Hawthorn fans will stand together to farewell the club’s four-time premiership champion in Roughead.

Hawthorn will also host its inaugural Inclusion Match this weekend.

The match has been designed to make the football a safe, supportive and fun environment for a broader cross-section of society.
