VFL Captain Andrew Moore has capped off a premiership winning season by taking out the 2018 Col Austen Trophy.

Moore polled 83 votes to finish ahead of Will Hams (79), and Hawthorn-listed duo Marc Pittonet and James Cousins (tied on 72).

The captain also received the President's Trophy for being the highest performing player in the 2018 JJ Liston Medal count.

Cousins was acknowledged for an exceptional season, winning the 'Most Consistent' award, and Dylan Moore was honoured for his incredible finals campaign, named 'Best Finals Player'. 

Mitchell Lewis, who rounded out the top five on 70 votes, was recognised as the club's leading goal kicker, while young Hawk Oliver Hanrahan was voted by 3WBC as the 'Most Outstanding' player.
