Skipper Jarryd Roughead appears set to return to the side for this weekend’s crucial clash with Sydney.

The 31-year-old missed the last two weeks with an ankle complaint but looks set to make a return ahead of the Hawks’ final home and away match.

Ruckman Jonathon Ceglar is another who’s in the frame to return after sitting out the Saints clash with a corked calf, as is wingman Ricky Henderson who missed just the one week with a hip complaint.

Meanwhile young midfielder James Cousins continues to knock the door down at VFL level, picking up 35 disposals against Casey to go with six marks, eight tackles and a goal.

Jonathan O’Rourke is another who’s performed consistently for Box Hill and gathered 25 disposals and kicked a goal on the weekend.

With key defender James Frawley under an injury cloud, the door could also be open for either of David Mirra or Tim O’Brien to return to the senior side.

Mirra kicked three goals from 16 disposals playing up forward for Box Hill on the weekend, while O’Brien took three marks and had 13 disposals down back.

Versatile defender Taylor Duryea is another option for the Hawks after gathering 17 disposals along with four marks.
