What a month. The mid-season bye sparked a new-found hunger in the Hawks, as they stormed home to beat ladder-leaders Adelaide on their home turf. A win against the Pies, followed by a draw against second-placed GWS and a three-point loss against third-placed Geelong meant finals weren't off the cards yet.
