Hawthorn’s official energy partner Simply Energy is giving Hawks members the chance to win exclusive money-can’t-buy experiences every month.

Nine Hawks members found themselves in the centre of the action during Hawthorn’s Round 3 match against Adelaide at the MCG thanks to Simply Energy.

Ray Mallia had the once-in-a-lifetime chance to kick a goal at the MCG, winning the on-field goal-kicking competition and receiving a Simply Energy Golden Bill.

The Golden bill represents a free kick, or in this case - a free bill, from Simply Energy, meaning Ray’s next electricity bill will be zeroed out.

Angus Sands came face to face with Hawthorn hard man Jordan Lewis and classy Adelaide midfielder Nathan van Berlo in the centre of the ‘G, where he tossed the coin. Angus later described it as "simply a perfect day".

Hayley Mustapha from Berwick selected daughters Isabelle and Courtney to run out with the team before the start of the match. An excited Courtney said she never imagined she would get so close to her favourite players.

“For my sister and myself running through the banner with the Hawks was a once in a lifetime experience we will never forget. Go the Hawks!”

Neil Djukic still can’t believe he is the owner of the Round 3 match-ball.

“Thank you Hawthorn Football Club and Simply Energy for an amazing money-can't-buy prize! And congratulations Sam Mitchell on your 200th game. Go Hawks!”
